Four people wanted by Valleyview RCMP for attempted murder

RCMP are searching for three men and a woman wanted for attempted murder in northern Alberta.

On Friday, about 5 a.m., Valleyview RCMP responded to a report of a man who had been shot and taken to hospital. Following an investigation, RCMP have issued arrest warrants for attempted murder, along with other charges, for all four suspects involved.

It is alleged the suspects entered a home in Sturgeon Lake and a man was shot at close range.

The four people wanted for attempted murder are: Colin Aulden Bartlett, 37, Albert John Gladue, 37, Dorian Anakian Harvey, 22, Tamara Marie Chowace, 39. All four are from Sturgeon Lake.

Anyone with information about the shooting or the location of the individuals is asked to contact Valleyview RCMP.

The suspects are considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Police believe the shooting was targeted and the investigation is ongoing. The victim remains in stable condition.

Sturgeon Lake is approximately 360 kilometres northwest of Edmonton.
