A look at today’s Edmonton weather by Environment Canada.
Monday morning temperatures at the Edmonton Blatchford station measured 12.9 C with calm winds.
Today might be cloudy but it’s looking like a pretty nice week full of average temperatures and lots of sunshine…squirrel! Oh, they ran away.
Forecasters are expecting winds to pick up a bit today gusting to 40 km/h which should make things…squirrel! Gah, they’re so fast.
We might even get a thunderstorm tonight, though the ECCC Thunderstorm Outlook says…squirrel! No, not a squirrel. Just the wind. Moving on. According to the ECCC Thunderstorm Outlook any thunderstorms we do get will be of the non-severe nature so nothing to worry about too much there.
Enjoy the squirrel! I mean, sunshine!
Today: Mainly cloudy. 30 per cent chance of showers early this morning and late this afternoon. Wind becoming southeast 30 km/h gusting to 50 this morning. High 22 C. UV index 5 or moderate.
